GuitarShop.ro … nu recomand! Agreezi cand sa vii sa testezi si sa cumperi o chitara, vii intocmai, dar nu o au… si e de vina clientul ca nu a sunat inca o data sa se asigure… (??)
Spui ca nu ti se pare ok, ca preferai un apel ca sa ti se spuna sa nu vii degeaba, esti invitat sa nu cumperi…. (??)
Si vorbim de produse scumpe totusi…

Am scris pe Facebook-ul lor, au blocat postul.
Am scris pe email, mi-a raspuns Basil Zarnoveanu, cu scuze, dar explicand de ce totusi s-a intamplat…
Le-am spus ca atitudinea celor din magazin e probabil din cauza ca managementul nu ii educa pentru a intelege cum sa abordeze relatia cu clientii, avand in vedere ca vand totusi produse scumpe de nisa…. Nu poti sa pui la punct un client si sa ii spui sa nu cumpere.
Raspunsul a fost ca opinia mea e hazardata.

Cam atat despre cum rezolva Proguitar SRL un client umilit in magazin….

Penibilul Profesor de Drep MIHAI FLOROIU, cu minciunile si injuraturile sale, imi fura identitatea online

Am avut parte sa il cunosc in traficul bucurestean pe Profesorul de Drept International Mihai Floroiu, de la Universitatea Dunarea de Jos din Galati.
24. Mai.2016 – Profesorul Mihai Floroiu m-a lovit in spatele masinii lateral stanga, dupa ce a facut pressing pentru ca “nu aveai ce cauta acolo, nu era drum marcat”, mi-a spus. Putea sa treaca pe langa mine, dar a ales sa ma tina din scurt din spate, in loc sa opreasca sau sa depaseasca. Cu orgoliul ranit ca nu ii ofeream toata banda, m-a claxonat si a venit amenintator spre mine din spate, dar … na!… chiar m-a atins in final cu partea lui fata dreapta lateral. Zgarieturi usoare, nimic important. Dar a incercat sa transforme totul in neacordare de prioritate, ca ne-am lovit in curba, eu taindu-i calea. La Politie nu a tinut asta, politistul remarcand urmele de pe masini si faptul ca aratau clar ca Mihai Floroiu mergea in spatele meu, ambele masini mergeau paralel, deci eu eram inaintea lui, pe dreapta. Nu exista urma de profunzime cum ar trebui sa rezulte cand masinile se ating in curba (multumesc politistului pentru detalii care au aratat ca Mihai Floroiu a mintit asupra locului accidentului).
Si ne oprim pe dreapta, si ca sa vezi celelalte masini puteau trece pe langa noi (el a spus ca nu avea loc si de asta m-a atins, ca eu nu aveam ce cauta acolo si deci… trebuia sa intre in mine).
Si ma i-a domnul profesor Mihai Floroiu la “Du-te-n PM”, fara sa apuc sa il injur! Si stiu ce inseamna injuratura, dar nu i-am turnat niciuna.
Iar azi imi spune ca de fapt “Du-te-n PM” nu e injuratura! Au ras toti cei care l-au auzit in holul de asteptare la Accidente Usoare.
A recunoscut in final ca “a avut partea lui de vina” in accident. Dar dupa ce Politistul a stabilit ca nu e cazul de neacordare de prioritate asa cum a acuzat.
In schimb… Am reusit sa imi pierd permisul pentru 30 zile pentru ca nu am ajuns primul la Politie sa ma plang de accidentul cu el. Nici nu aveam de gand, de fapt. Zgarietura usoara, am casco, aripa avea deja o problema mai veche, plus ca… era ziua mea si doua zile nu m-am gandit sa merg la Politie.
Ce e si mai rau este ca acest domn profesor de drept internatonal, Mihai Floroiu, se ia in trafic de tatal meu, care a murit, ii spun sa nu o faca, apoi imi spune ca al lui tocmai are cancer, recunosc ca m-a sensibilizat si i-am spus ca mai bine sa se concentreze pe asta si sa nu mai fie agresiv in trafic. Nu ma asteptam sa fuga la Politie, mai ales ca a generat accidentul penibil. Am ajuns la Politie dupa 2 zile, si permisul meu e suspendat 30 de zile pentru ca nu am declarat incidentul in primele 24 ore… :)
Poate e un semn ca trebuie sa plec in vacanta!

Asadar, Profesorul de Drep International Mihai Floroiu nu numai ca a incercat sa manevreze realitatea acuzand neacordare de prioritate, dar mai si injura genial si apoi afirma ca … de fapt mi-a vorbit frumos…

Si surpriza! In 24 Mai 2016 dansul a facut doua accidente: unul cu mine la ora 13:00, altul la 3 ore mai tarziu cand i-a pus frane bruste in fata altui sofer cu care a avut alte… neintelegeri.

Si acest profesor de drept se lauda cu diplomele lui in trafic: doctorat si altele. Da… Iese din masina si iti spune ca nu ai tu pregatirea lui…

A studiat dreptul in Franta, e fiu de diplomat (a dus-o bine, cred, pe timpul lui Ceausescu), a beneficiat de burse acordate de stat (sic!) si colaborari pe fonduri europene. E o mandrie nationala!

Si preda dreptul la Universitatea Dunarea de Jos din Galati.

SURPRIZA!! Pe 3 Iunie descopar ca Profesorul Mihai Floroiu mi-a furat identitatea online!!
A incarcat pe Youtube un video din telefonul sau, inregistrat cand ii spuneam ca a facut intentionat accidentul, el era in masina si eu in afara. Dar a facut contul de youtube pe numele meu!!! Dan G!! Ca si cum am luat video din telefonul sau si l-am urcat pe youtube, si la descriere am scris si cuvinte urate despre mine.
La descriere clip a scris ca sunt un corporatist agresiv :) )))))

Mai mult, a creat si un cont fals pe numele meu pe LinkedIn, desi am contul meu real acolo. Oare ce era in mintea acestui om bolnav cand s-a gandit si la asta?!?!?

EXACT! Profesorul de drept international Mihai Floroiu FURA IDENTITATI ONLINE !!
Am scris Universitatii Dunarea de Jos din Galati pe Facebook si Twitter despre acest lucru, nu am primit raspuns dar … video-ul a fost sters de pe youtube de dansul, probabil anticipand ca tocmai urma sa depun plangere impotriva sa. Contul de LinkedIn fals pe numele meu inca exista… :) )

Ce pretentii sa mai ai de la scolile de drept de azi daca si profesorii de drept nu sunt altceva decat niste infractori?!

How to Reduce and Manage Stress

  1. The most obvious way to reduce the stressors in your life is to really take a look at your current lifestyle. Are you eating healthy and nutritiously and living a well-balanced lifestyle that includes regular active exercising and physical activity? Try to eliminate caffeine in your diet; it is a stimulant that can increase anxiety and stress on your body. Also eliminate nicotine and alcohol if possible, or at least keep consumption to a minimum. It is about living in harmony with both your internal and external environments.

Visualization and breathing techniques are easy and fast to learn and to incorporate into your daily routine. They can be done anywhere, at home or in your office at your desk. Use nature in your surroundings by decorating your home or office with lots of plants or objects from nature. Using music or nature sounds such as water or bird recordings will help to create a soothing surrounding that can help reduce stress and anxiety.
  3. Learning the technique of meditation will help you to calm your inner being and your mind, and will actually give your brain a “mental vacation” and enable you to find some rest and peace. Most of the time we live such rapid and hectic lives and we place such enormous mental stress on our bodies and minds that we find ourselves overworked and our brains conditioned to being overactive; we literally don’t know how to rest our minds and find any inner peace. Meditation will help you regain control of your “peace of mind,” and this in turn will help you to reduce your stress levels, think more clearly, function more efficiently and be happier.
  4. Learn to communicate and talk about your problems. Family, friends and professional healthcare givers are a good support network to help you handle your anxiety and stress. There are many online sites that will help you handle stress and online groups that you can join in order to chat with others who are experiencing stress and anxiety.
  5. Learn to change your thought and conditioned behaviors. Eliminate negativity in your life and try to become more positive and open to the options available for handling your stress.
  6. Money is often a major source of stress in peoples’ lives. Learn ways to handle your finances so you are able to cope with any situations that might occur. Learn to save on a monthly basis and have enough for at least a three month-reserve. Keep a budget and don’t overspend.
